You might also check out Exceed (by Hummingbird Communications Ltd.).
I don't know whether there's a demo available, but I do know it's
pretty impressive.
There's a whole lot of extra servers delivered with it.

And from my experience a year or so ago, the only freeware xserver
for windows is MI/X which was brought up in this thread by Joseph
Bueno.
