Hi,

I think VMWare is not the answer: it allows you to run M$Win9x on
XWindow
not "XWindow on M$Win9x".

What you need is an XWindow server running on top of Windows.
There are some commercial products (I have used Reflection/X from WRQ
in the past) and even a free one Mi/X but it was very limited when I
tried it (more than a year ago).
