Routing in Linux2.2

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi All,

I am trying to understand the routing code (Linux
2.2.14).. I took a look at net/ipv4/route.c, and
include/net/route.h, specifically I was trying to
figure out what the following functions do:
ip_route_connect (route.h)
ip_route_output (route.c)
ip_route_output_slow
ip_route_input
ip_route_input_slow

Does anybody have any pointers to useful information?
So far I have been unsuccessful in understanding whats
happening..

Thanks in advance,
Suvani.
