weird logs

i dont know if this is the right list to post this to..
i saw this in my syslog the other day.. what does all this mean?

the machine didnt crash or anything... hdc is one of my cdrom drives. i am
assuming that someone was listening to a cd and then simply ejected it, but
i am very uncertain about this conclusion.. can someone shed more light onto
it?
