Thanks the answers for my last question. but, the Packet Engines(exactly Alcatel) "Yellowfin", "Hamachi" gigabit NIC is discontinued card. Fortuately, I found the SysKonnect's SK-NET GE-T Gigabit NIC which support linux 2.0.36. Does know anybody the performance this NIC ?
