We use MON and monitor about 30 servers. Go to www.freshmeat.net and do a
search for MON. I have reviewed a number of other network monitoring tool
and have found MON to work and grow well in our mixed Linux/Solaris/NT
environment.

Subject: Network Monitoring Software for Linux

I need Network Monitoring Software for Linux.

It should check differnet services ( DNS, WEB, Cache etc ) at different
machines and should send an email in case of any problem.

I have used ipsentry for this but that works only on NT.

Any best recommendations for this.

Arshad Mahmood.
