From: Tudor Ambarus <tudor.ambarus@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To be used by some manufacturers to configure the spi-nor flash memory. Right now the only user will be the S3AN chips, but other manufacturers can implement it if needed. Move spi_nor_flash_parameter and spi_nor_hwcaps related code to avoid forward declarations.
