[PATCH] jffs2: do not use __constant_cpu_to_xx

A trivial patch.

cpu_to_XX() functions are smart enough to detect and
handle __builtin_constant_p() at compile time.

So we can use cpu_to_XX() instead of __constant_cpu_to_XX().
