Let that line stick out and write it balanced:

                        if (addr_offset == -EDOM) {
                                if (user_64bit_mode(regs))
                                        eff_addr = (long)regs->ip + insn->length;
                                else
                                        eff_addr = 0;

should be easier parseable this way.
