sft_open_mode help

Hi all!!

I'm having a problem with sft_open_mode(sft) (in mfs.c) returning
always 0x42 or 0xc2 (according use of MS-DOS 6.22 or FreeDOS 1.0,
respectivelly).

The problem occurs when opening a database for reading (for extracting
a report), it locks part of the db file and make impossible access the
same file sector for reading at same time from another process.

My filesystem is EXT3 and kernel 2.6.

DOSEMU Version - 1.4.0 (built from source)
DOS Version - FreeDOS 1.0 binary or MS-DOS 6.22

Can somebody help me?
