Version 1.3.4 was released 2006-11-18, so yes, it's still being developed although I don't always understand how things work for Dosemu. That said, I hope there will be a release including FreeDOS 1.0 soon. Also note that currently there's a discussion on a stability release of FD 1, correcting some minor bugs and including more recent elements. So maybe some devs could find this interesting for the next release of Dosemu.
