Uppercase A and S with 1.2.2 ou F11/F12 with 1.3.4

Hi all;

As known, from 1.3.2 version and uppers don't have the upper case A and S bug, they just work.

My Cobol 16-bits system uses F11 and F12, so, for that, I hacked the keyb_slang.c from 1.2.2 source and it works fine.

Overthise, I need that the whole meal works (upper case A and S and keys F11, F12).

I searched the SF Bugs History to find a patch to apply over 1.2.2 source code but couldn't find, or even a way to hack the F11/F12 to work with 1.3.4.

Hope someone can help me.
