[PATCH] module: Replace deprecated strncpy() with strscpy()

strncpy() is deprecated for NUL-terminated destination buffers; use
strscpy() instead. The destination buffer ownername is only used with
"%s" format strings and must therefore be NUL-terminated, but not NUL-
padded.

No functional changes intended.
