/proc/modules support is actually the easy bit.  We just revive the
old module_in_kernel(), rename the two functions to module_in_procfs()
and module_in_sysfs(), and provide the obvious wrapper function.

I don't see any real reason *not* to support old kernels.  Not when we
put so much effort into it already, to avoid forkbombing on the older
kernel.
