Ideally, we need a compatible value for the SoM as well, as the SoM
can be used stand-alone, or plugged in a different carrier board.

For iWave Systems RZ/G1E SODIMM, we have that.
For the existing RZ/G2L variants, we forgot, but it can still be added...
