[PATCH V3 1/1] mmc: sdhci: Fix the SD tuning issue that the SDHCI_TRANSFER_MODE is cleared incorrectly

When cmd->opcode == MMC_SEND_TUNING_BLOCK, the SDHCI_TRANSFER_MODE
should also be kept
