I just meant, instead of:

+			    (cmd->opcode != MMC_SEND_TUNING_BLOCK))

this is simpler:

-			if (cmd->opcode != MMC_SEND_TUNING_BLOCK_HS200)
+			if (!mmc_op_tuning(cmd->opcode))
