[PATCH] mmc: sdhci-of-dwcmshc: set MMC_CAP_WAIT_WHILE_BUSY

The host supports HW busy detection of the device busy signaling over
dat0 line. Set MMC_CAP_wAIT_WHILE_BUSY host capability.
