[PATCH 02/31] opp: Add devres wrapper for dev_pm_opp_set_regulators and dev_pm_opp_put_regulators

Add devres wrapper for dev_pm_opp_set_regulators()
dev_pm_opp_put_regulators () to simplify driver code.
