[PATCH 1/2] mmc: mediatek: fix SDIO IRQ interrupt handle flow

SDIO IRQ is triggered by low level. It need disable SDIO IRQ
detected function. Otherwise the interrupt register can't be cleared.
It will process the interrupt more.
