[PATCH] mmc: cavium: Depend on GPIO driver

Without the ThunderX/OcteonTx GPIO driver the MMC driver
would not power up any MMC devices. Therefore add a
dependency to the GPIO driver and remove the unneeded GPIOLIB
dependency.
