[GIT PULL] MMC fixes for v.4.13 rc1

Hi Linus,

Here are a couple of mmc fixes intended for v4.13 rc1. They are based
on a commit from your tree earlier during the merge window and have
been tested in linux-next for a few days.

Details are as usual found in the signed tag. Please pull this in!
