[PATCH 03/11] mmc: sdhci-of-esdhc: Simplify code by using SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS

Let's use the SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS macro when declaring/assigning the system
PM callbacks, as the code gets simplified.
