I browsed the history of these patches and noticed that it's exactly as you say. These haven't been sent directly you or they were sent to an incorrect email address. I apologize if I was giving the wrong impression that you didn't maintain mmc utils very well, you certainly are! Perhaps we should add some information about it in the mmc kernel doc, to make it more visible.
