[PATCH] mmc: sdhci-esdhc: add default quirk SDHCI_QUIRK_NO_HISPD_BIT

eSDHC supports high speed mode, but has no enabling bit for it.
Add this quirk to avoid writing to eSDHC_PROCTL[DTW] by mistake.
