By these patches, tmio driver specific data/callbacks are implemented under tmio_mmc_host, platform specific data/callbacks are implemented under tmio_mmc_data. I guess this is Ulf's wanted (?) Please let me know if it is not enough. I will re-send my previous sh_mobile_sdhi DMA cleanups patches if these are accepted. Simon, 8) - 9) are shmobile specific patches.
