Add Support to Field Firmware Update (FFU) for eMMC v5.0 and up devices. The code implemented according to JEDEC eMMC spec - JESD84-B50.pdf http://www.jedec.org/standards-documents/technology-focus-areas/flash-memory-ssds-ufs-emmc/e-mmc The FFU code in driver should be called by the IOCTL interface. FFU code is divided to two logical parts: 1. FFU Download firmware - transfer FW Image data to the eMMC device 2. FFU install - Complete new FW installation. Implemented according to MODE_OPERATION_CODES field in EXT_CSD register: a. Host sets FFU_INSTALL or b.
