[PATCH v2] mmc: dw_mmc: Fix PIO mode with support of highmem

Current PIO mode makes a kernel crash with CONFIG_HIGHMEM.
Highmem pages have a NULL from sg_virt(sg).
This patch fixes the following problem.

Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000000
