Delete obsolete sdhci-pxa.c, which is used to be shared among pxa serious. The method may not eady to track, since platfrom difference are put under arch/arm. Instead, use sdhci-pxav3.c for mmp2, and sdhci-pxav2.c for pxa9xx.
