The patch titled
     omap_hsmmc: support for deeper power saving states
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     omap_hsmmc-support-for-deeper-power-saving-states.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Support for multi-level dynamic power saving states in omap_hsmmc
(ENABLED->DISABLED->OFF).  In the "deepest" state (OFF) we switch off the
voltage regulators.
