Thanks for your comment.

I find the following code(RHEL 7.1) is almost the same as v4.0.

native_flush_tlb_others()
		smp_call_function_many()
			smp_call_function_single()
				flush_tlb_func()
				generic_exec_single()
					csd_lock_wait()

And I find two patch in mainline may be related to this problem.
