All the pr_<level> macros use it.

from include/linux/printk.h:

#ifndef pr_fmt
#define pr_fmt(fmt) fmt
#endif

#define pr_emerg(fmt, ...) \
	printk(KERN_EMERG pr_fmt(fmt), ##__VA_ARGS__)

etc...
