I have just created since-3.12 branch in mm git tree (http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/mhocko/mm.git;a=summary). It is based on v3.12 tag in Linus tree and mmotm-2014-02-05-15-56. I have pulled some cgroup wide changes from Tejun as well but cgroupfs->kernfs changes are not there yet.
