my environment is 8Gb RAM with 2 NUMA nodes and I enabled 'numad' daemon(# systemctl start numad.service)
the reproducer comes from ltp suite: https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp/blob/master/testcases/kernel/mem/oom/oom02.c
and I couldn't find the issue when I stopped numad service( # systemctl stop numad.service)

and I bisected the issue and found it just only occurred with the commit 9a928415(Merge branch 'drm-fixes' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~airlied/linux)
when I reverted 9a928415(checkout ee61abb32 - module: fix missing module_mutex unlock), the issue is gone.

config file is here: http://sanweiying.fedorapeople.org/configs/config_softlockup
and more error log can be found here: http://sanweiying.fedorapeople.org/log/kernel/softlockup.log
