Hmm, on x86_64 box, bootmem uses the memory in ZONE_MOVABLE and
ZONE_MOVABLE > ZONE_HIGHMEM.

And if CONFIG_HIGHMEM is no, ZONE_NORMAL == ZONE_HIGHMEM.

So, you don't reset ZONE_NORMAL here.
