From: Jeff Xu <jeffxu@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Provide support to mseal the uprobe mapping. Unlike other system mappings, the uprobe mapping is not established during program startup. However, its lifetime is the same as the process's lifetime. It could be sealed from creation.
