No. It seems that the "No NUMA configuration found" is caused by your qemu, where dummy_numa_init() is used (maybe ACPI SRAT is not populated?). I used the patch below to emulate the situation and reproduced the issue. Since dummy_numa_init() is used when there is no underlying NUMA architecture, NUMA initialization fails, or NUMA is disabled on the command line (the last does not apply here), it should be properly handled.
