Implement `Allocator` for `KVmalloc`, an `Allocator` that tries to allocate memory wth `kmalloc` first and, on failure, falls back to `vmalloc`. All memory allocations made with `KVmalloc` end up in `kvrealloc_noprof()`; all frees in `kvfree()`.
