[PATCH] mm: improve code consistency with zonelist_* helper functions

Replace direct access to zoneref->zone, zoneref->zone_idx, or
zone_to_nid(zoneref->zone) with the corresponding zonelist_*
helper functions for consistency.

No functional change.
