[PATCH v14 27/22] [SQUASH] KVM: SEV: Provide support for SNP_GUEST_REQUEST NAE event

As with SVM_VMGEXIT_PSC, ensure that SVM_VMGEXIT_GUEST_REQUEST can only
be issued by an SNP guest.
