[PATCH 4/7] fs/userfaultfd: Use exclusive waitqueue for poll()

Userfaultfd is the kind of fd that does not need a wake all semantics when
wake up.  Enqueue using the new POLL_ENQUEUE_EXCLUSIVE flag.
