6.0-rc6 has here:

    mm: fix dereferencing possible ERR_PTR
    Smatch checker complains that 'secretmem_mnt' dereferencing possible
    ERR_PTR().  Let the function return if 'secretmem_mnt' is ERR_PTR, to
    avoid deferencing it.
