[PATCH] mmap: EINVAL not ENOMEM when rejecting VM_GROWS

Currently error is -ENOMEM when rejecting VM_GROWSDOWN|VM_GROWSUP
from shared anonymous: hoist the file case's -EINVAL up for both.
