[PATCH 05/32] kasan: drop CONFIG_KASAN_TAGS_IDENTIFY

Drop CONFIG_KASAN_TAGS_IDENTIFY and related code to simplify making
changes to the reporting code.

The dropped functionality will be restored in the following patches in
this series.
