[PATCH] mm: Make SLAB_MERGE_DEFAULT depend on SL[AU]B

SLOB always manage objects of different caches in same page regardless of
SLAB_MERGE_DEFAULT. Because it has no effect on SLOB, make it depend on
SLAB || SLUB.
