[PATCH v2] mm: introduce PAGEFLAGS_MASK to replace ((1UL << NR_PAGEFLAGS) - 1)

Instead of hard-coding ((1UL << NR_PAGEFLAGS) - 1) everywhere, introducing
PAGEFLAGS_MASK to make the code clear to get the page flags.
