This was caused by allocating pages more than (1 << (MAX_ORDER - 1)) in
mm/debug_vm_pgtable.c::alloc_mem() in v1 series. I will fix it in v3 to
skip the allocation if the requested size is more than (1 << (MAX_ORDER - 1))
in v3.
