Hi,

This problem yet not happen when switched from
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS=y
to
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_MADVISE=y

so it seems a CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS related problem.
