Note: the linux-review/Eric-W-Biederman/Make-the-user-mode-driver-code-a-better-citizen/20200626-210513 HEAD 5c5f3ba486c1c4173950c91b97ce9f3b5f6c7403 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
