This patch does address the build issues. So, Reviewed-by: Mike Kravetz <mike.kravetz@xxxxxxxxxx> However, there are many definitions in that file not behind #ifdef CONFIG_HUGETLBFS that make no sense unless CONFIG_HUGETLBFS is defined.
